Cancellations

1 - No charge is made for cancellations made with at least 21 working days notice before the first day of the course. For cancellations made between 20 and 7 working days of the start of the course, 50 per cent of the full course fee will be charged. If less than 7 working days notice is provided, the full course fee will be payable. However, if you are able to make a suitable substitution, we have no objection to this, but please let us know beforehand.

2 - Cancellations of individual dates/courses already scheduled please refer to clause 1. However, if you are unable to complete the entire programme you will be reimbursed for all the remaining days you have not attended, less an administration fee of 20%. All we require is 21 working days written notice. Claims must be sent in writing within 3 months of your last day of attendance or the full fee will be forfeited.

3- Cancellations of individual dates/courses already scheduled please refer to clause 1. However, if you are unable to complete the entire programme, you will be reimbursed for all the remaining courses you have not attended, less an administration fee of £500. All we require is 21 working days written notice.

4 - Due to anticipated high demand for training for this project, refunds are not available. However, we will endeavour to transfer you to another course subject to availability or if you are able to make a suitable substitution, we have no objection to this, but please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary adjustments.
