The Training Foundry, part of Sheffield Hallam University, is one of the region's premier training organisations offering courses in IT, management and design.

Our excellent facilities are housed in a convenient city centre location, and our experienced, qualified staff deliver a range of courses - including authorised training for Microsoft, Adobe and Cisco - ensuring you are kept up to date with the latest developments in your area.

Our training could lead to certification from Adobe, Cisco and Microsoft, and includes skills based development in internet and web authoring, project management, databases, wireless networking and Office applications to name but a few.

Our guarantee to you

Prior to your course we will send you a copy of the course syllabus, which details the skills you will acquire. On completion of training, if you require any further assistance or tuition, to meet these objectives, we will provide it to you without question and at no extra cost.

This may be a couple of hours private tuition, a few minutes over the phone or even a repeat course - you determine when you've developed the skills to your satisfaction. There is no time limit with this guarantee. You may think everything is ok until you try a difficult manoeuvre two months later - but we're always only a phone call away.

Hospitality

Refreshments are included throughout the day, plus all full day courses are provided with a buffet lunch. We can cater for special dietary requirements; please let us know at the time of booking.

Unlimited customer support

All our customers are provided with our helpline phone number. This service is as valuable to us as it is to you. Awareness of any difficulties you may be experiencing with your software enables us to ensure that our courses continue to address real life issues, rather than simply academic challenges.

Most of our courses are PC based but if you prefer to use a Mac please let us know at time of booking and we will try to arrange this for you, subject to availability.

Block booking

we offer a discount for companies who book a number of people on the same course on the same date. Alternatively if your requirements cover a number of different courses, please get in touch and we will offer you a discount

Training Vouchers

Simple Procedure - Purchasing training vouchers from The Training Foundry is simple. No need to decide the value of individual vouchers; just purchase one voucher, any value over £100 and then call off the course(s) as and when you need them. We will keep a record and advise you periodically of the balance you have left.

• Save Time and Paperwork - Buying a voucher saves time and paperwork as only one transaction or purchase order request is required from you for all your training needs.
• Which Course - Vouchers can be offset against any course run by The Training Foundry. All you have to do is contact us with your requirements and we will do the rest.
• Payment - We will send you one invoice and on payment of the invoice, confirmation of any bookings will be made.
• Valid - You can send anyone, on any Training Foundry course, anytime within 6 months. Please contact us if you require a longer lead time as this may be possible to arrange.
