KeyTalks
For two days a meeting with the public took place after lunch. The format had something performative, each of the participants was asked to explain a story connected to the choice of their KeyPieces. There was something of a confession, allowing the audience to discover the hidden story of a creative process, especially when commenting not only on the “official” exhibited objects but also referring to the “extra-official” choices and through this tension between displayed and not-displayed objects creating a new frame for the public to approach the subject. Later on, the audience was invited to establish a closer dialogue with the participating artists, maybe finding out even more exciting stories about making and making sense.
