Dave Rotherham
Head of The Training Foundry
Dave began his career as a systems programmer, has worked in computer sales and team management, and has run his own business as a software house. Since 1999 he's been the head of The Training Foundry, and has a range of qualifications and certifications, including
- a masters degree in information systems
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Microsoft Master Instructor (MMI)
- CISCO certified trainer
- European Computer Driving Licence Examiner (ECDL)
- A+ and Network+ certified trainer
- Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) authorised programme instructor
As well as playing a significant role in the local branch of the British Computer Society, Dave is also a fellow of the Institute of Analysts and Programmers.
When you come to us for a training course you can be safe in the knowledge that your instructor on the day will be both highly experienced and knowledgeable.
All of our qualified trainers and consultants have at least five years experience in teaching short courses, as well as being an expert in the field in which they are teaching you. Many have worked with us for a number of years, and regularly attend our own as well other companies' training courses, to ensure that their skills remain up to date.
Authorised training and testing centre
We work with a number of different partners, and are authorised to deliver training for Microsoft, Adobe and Cisco. We are also an official test centre for both Virtual University Enterprise (VUE) and Prometric.
Adapting our courses to your needs
Our instructors can adjust the training according to your interests and learning pace. They also participate in the development of our course syllabuses, allowing them to focus on topical issues and industry advancements. All our courses are reviewed at least every six months, ensuring we respond to both yours and trainer feedback.
